SHIPPING, DELIVERY and RETURN/REFUND POLICY
International Buyers - Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- In case the customer declines paying the destination's custom fee and import tax, he/she is not eligible to request for a refund.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days from the time your order is submitted. Please note, we do not dispatch shipments or deliver on weekends or Thailand public holidays.
- For international shipping, we use CITY-LINK EXPRESS & LOGISTICS (THAILAND) CO.,LTD as our shipping solution. You can find more information on http://www.citylinkexpress.com/
- For local shipping (Thailand), we use Thai Post as our shipping solution
- RETURN/REFUND POLICY
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you had purchased is defective. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
- In case of Product Return, you are responsible for the return shipment charges.
- Returned items must be with the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, with receipt or proof of purchase attached.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully inspect the item and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
- Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Please note that some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. HARNN is not responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipment.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
